OPERATIONS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who has gained 18 years industry experience. Currently works within the Commercial Solutions Unit with responsibility for the implementation of newly secured commercial claims handling business. Meets and liaises with secured clients to agree bespoke handling processes as well as nurturing ongoing client relationships. Acts as the ‘face’ of the company for queries, process requirements and audits. Works as part of the management team agreeing budgets, unit management and staffing requirements.
Diploma of the Chartered Insurance Institute - Dip CII.
