Responsible for dealing with clients both face-to-face and over the telephone, reviewing circumstances/needs, providing best advice on mortgages and associated insurance products, from self-generated leads.Extensive experience in mortgage broking environment working towards meeting all targets and tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and an in depth understanding of mortgages and related products. Able to set and achieve goals individually and in a team, provide quality service, deliver change, make decisions and plan workload. Excellent multilingual abilitiesCeMAP qualified with competent adviser status (CAS).
