OPERATIONS DIRECTOR who has a wealth of experience within the claims arena. Currently responsible for ensuring reactive or reinstatement jobs are handled efficiently and to clients’ requirements. Ensures incoming policy sales are handled efficiently and within agreed SLA. Prior to this role, designed and implemented enhancements to the business processes and sales website. Previously responsible for handling claims within an external capacity in relation to property, building and contents losses. Good standard of education.
Keen to secure a fresh challenge where previous experience and skills can be utilised.
