LEGAL EXECUTIVE who has gained a wealth of experience within both the insurance and legal sectors. Currently deals with all personal injury matters, managing a large caseload of RTA, EL, PL cases from inception to litigation/conclusion.
Responsible for building a full caseload from standing start including, sourcing referrals of work and buildings/maintaining relationships with referral companies. Experienced in taking/drafting witness statements, reviewing medical evidence, negotiating settlements and assessing liability and quantum.
Previously managed own varied caseload of RTA, Public Liability, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability and Criminal Injury matters. This was a mixture of pre-litigated/litigated files including 90% Fast Track and 10% Multi Track claims.
