CASE ADVISOR who has gained 12 years industry experience within legal environments. Currently manages a caseload of Claimant RTA Personal Injury Files. Current case load is circa 160 files. Handles claims on the MOJ Portal from Stages 1 to 3. Is responsible for the valuation of injuries in accordance with JSB Guidelines and liaises with clients, insurance companies, solicitors and referrers. Works on Pro-claim and Pre-claim case management software. Experience also includes EL/PL losses up to £15,000.
Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. LLB Law.
