PARALEGAL who has gained over 12 months experience within a legal claims environment. Currently responsible for handling a large RTA caseload; both inherited and cradle to grave. Has pre-litigation experience including evaluating and adjusting both liability and quantum; obtaining witness statements and negotiating with insurance companies, third party solicitors and loss adjusters. Also has gained post-litigation experience. Previously provided assistance within a commercial litigation firm.
Legal Practice Course. BA Hons Law with IT - 2:1.Keen to broaden claims experience, ideally by securing a role within the insurance industry.
