MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER who entered the insurance industry in 2010. Responsible for taking incoming first notification of loss calls coming into the department. Liaises with third party insurers, solicitors, accident management companies, credit hire companies and garages. Manages a personal caseload from the initial notification until settlement, ensuring indemnity is in order. Deals with fault cases and disputed cases and discusses liability with the policyholder.BSc Criminology and Social Policy 2:2Interested in a new challenge within a claims position.
