SOFTWARE MANAGER/OPERATIONS MANAGER who gained 5 years experience within a claims environment before moving into a law firm in 2009. Currently maintains and improves case management software, as well as the management of the insurance products and broker website. Has experience of arranging relevant agreements with underwriters, introducing price structures and sales of insurance products, as well as the design and administration of the broker interface, ensuring its efficiency in order to process sales. Has hands-on experience of claims handling in addition to the supervision of a team of Claims Negotiators. Provided support and guidance on a daily basis, ensuring targets were achieved and service levels adhered to. Undertook interviews and appraisals.
Good standard of education. Interested in a new challenge and keen to return to an insurance environment.
