Job Profile
International practice seeks to strengthen its South East Asia operation through the appointment of senior technical adviser to its Bangkok office. The contract will be treated on an open-ended basis subject to 3 months notice and the role will be regarded as the No2 to the Resident Director taking primary responsibility for the supervision of the local adjusting staff in terms of overseeing the quality and accuracy of their work especially in respect of report writing. Will also be required to handle a caseload of the larger and more complex fire and perils losses. The contract is available on either a single or married status basis but is unlikely to be conducive to school-age children.
Applicant Requirements
Candidates should essentially be A/FCILA qualified. The contract would ideally suit a first-time international appointment but could be elevated to suit those with previous overseas experience. Previous supervisory/management experience is required. The basic salary is open to negotiation but could be up to £50,000 and the benefits package includes bonuses, car, overseas pension, accommodation, home leave, 25 days annual holiday etc.
