Commercial Account Executive - Barnwood

Our client, a well established commercial brokerage has a vacancy for a Commercial Account Executive in Gloucestershire. The role will involve being responsible for the development of new and existing accounts. Undertaking the prospecting of potential clients through advertising, business development, trade associations and visits to clients' offices to discuss their insurance requirements. Working in conjunction with internal brokers, making full market submissions and writing new business reports for presentation to clients. Also negotiating the renewal of existing business with the client, whilst undertaking a full review of the insurance portfolio.

Applicants applying for this vacancy must have a proven track record of being able to deal with commercial insurance for clients from a broking perspective. Negotiation skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to meet individual and team targets and deadlines will also be a requirement for the role. ACII qualified or commitment to commencing studies is essential.
