Solicitor - Corporate - South West

The corporate team of this national practice regularly advices its national and international clients on a broad range of corporate finance matters. The client portfolio is diverse and encompasses listed, private companies, high net worth entrepreneurs and not for profit organisations and on joining the team, you will be involved in advising on a wide range of matters including M and A, MBO's/MBI's, reorganisations, JV's and venture capital funding and more. Additional experience in equity capital markets would be desirable though not essential.

This role would suit a confident and capable lawyer with at least 2 years experience working as part of a leading national, regional or city practice.
