Solicitor - Corporate - South West

This leading national practice currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join its expanding team dealing with a wide range of transactional work. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with a broad range of corporate matters on behalf of a wide range of reputable clients including but not limited to Mergers and Acquisitions, Company Reorganisations and Joint Venture transactions.

It is expected that the successful candidate will have trained and worked within a recognised corporate team and possess the confidence to handle smaller transactions with minimal supervision.
