Clinical Negligence Associate Solicitor - Bristol

A new vacancy has arisen within this leading legal 500/top 30 national practice for a 6 year + PQE Partner/Associate to join a successful medical negligence team. You will handle a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and personal injury files and the duties on offer will include offering specialist advice in pursuing claims for compensation. Experience of dealing with LSC cases, BTE and CFA funded claims is also necessary as you will also provide general support to clients involved in the NHS complaints process and advice upon disciplinary investigations. The ideal candidate will ideally be 6 years + PQE with AVMA or Law Society Panel Member. A good grounding in Claimant Clinical Negligence work and experience of handling high value litigated Clinical Negligence claims gained from a national or niche leading practice is also required. You will be a proactive and organised lawyer with the necessary commercial approach to service delivery. A client following would be beneficial.
