Job Profile
This large regional is looking to add to its employment team/group with an additional employment lawyer in its east midlands office. This team regularly advices on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law work involving some corporate support.
Applicant Requirements
You will possess at least 5 years experience of all aspects of employment matters including tribunal preparation and representation, redundancy and restructuring exercises, industrial relations, risk management audits, equal pay issues, executive severance, contract policy and procedure preparation and maintenance, employment status outsourcing and TUPE-related matters. With solid academics and impressive negotiation and drafting skills, you will be keen to progress your career in a firm that is able to offer you a challenging workload and defined career prospects.
