Solicitor - Private Client - Oxfordshire

The current expansion within the Private Client team at this leading regional, means it is now looking to recruit an ambitious and experienced assistant with at least 2 years PQE + who is able to demonstrate impressive client handling skills. You will be advising a wide range of clients from owner managed businesses through to landed business clients and individuals with substantial personal and family wealth on matters involving complex lifetime and wills/intestacy trusts, trust administration, dealing with creative lifetime and death tax planning issue, administration of estates, court of protection issues, advising trustees and a host of other ancillary matters.

The nature of the firm's HNW clients means the successful candidate will have high standards in respect of service delivery, considerable experience of wealth creation and management, solid business development and marketing skills and a strong private client background. Membership of STEP is desirable rather than a necessity.
