Lawyer - Corporate / Commercial (Projects) - Greater Manchester

A junior corporate / commercial solicitor with at least 1year+ experience is being sought by this international practice to join the group. With a corporate or commercial projects background, you will have gained solid experiences and knowledge of joint venture matters and will be involved in advising on high profile and large value PPP joint ventures in relation to services, assets and infrastructure. The successful candidate can expect to work extremely closely with clients from a very early stage in projects right through to completion (including long-term joint ventures); providing strategic legal advice on a broad range of issues applying to the public sector and private sectors.

Applicants applying for this vacancy will have at least 1 year + corporate experiences.
