Solicitor / ILEX - Defendant Personal Injury - Greater Manchester

This leading international insurance powerhouse is currently seeking to recruit an experienced solicitor / legal executive / litigation executive to join their expanding claims team. On joining, you will be handling a varied caseload of pre litigation and litigated fraud work. With one of the largest dedicated fraud teams in the UK, the team currently handles cases of motor, employer, public liability and travel fraud matters including low speed impact / significant trauma cases, motor phantom passengers/staged cases and credit hire issues on behalf of a number of leading insurer clients.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate strong litigation skills, ideally gained within a personal injury environment and a high level of analytical skills. Previous fraud expertise is advantageous, but fraud training will be provided.You will be a team player, confident negotiator and communicator and be keen to join a market leading team able to offer impressive career and development experiences.
