Solicitor - Property Litigation - Nottingham

An experienced litigator is being sought by this leading Nottingham practice to join its team dealing with a mix of property litigation matters. The team currently acts for a mix of clients on a range of matters including business lease renewal work, including service of s.25 notices and s.26 requests, issuing and conduct of county court lease renewal claims, dilapidations and disrepair claims, forfeiture and possession, break notices, rent review disputes, recovery of rent arrears and other breaches of covenant, restrictive covenants, contractual disputes arising out of the sale and purchase of land, insolvency issues relating to landlords and tenants, boundary disputes and residential tenancy disputes and possession claims.

The role would suit an experienced solicitor keen to explore new and interesting challenges within a well respected and recognised team/practice. While knowledge of residential leasehold enfranchisement would be an advantage, sound knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 is essential.
