The city corporate team of this expanding international firm regularly advises its national and international clients on a broad range of corporate finance matters. The team possesses extensive experience of wide ranging corporate matters including advising on public and private equity matters, Joint Ventures, Takeovers, Mergers, Reorganisations and more including corporate governance.

This role would suit a confident corporate lawyer with at least 2years experience already working as part of a recognised national, regional or city team. Excellent opportunity to lead on transactions as well as early exposure to clients. Excellent opportunity offering an impressive remuneration and benefits package.
