Law Costs Draftsman - Merseyside

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Law Costs Draftsman with at least 2years+ experience to join the costs team of this Merseyside practice. Dealing with a wide range of costs matters, the ideal candidate will have gained experience of handling high value and complex costs matters including preparing bills, schedules of costs and drafting points of dispute and replies on EL/PL/Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury matters.

Experience of undertaking assessment hearings, negotiations and advocacy at court an advantage. As the job will involve running your own caseload as well as some elements of assistance/supervision, you will be a committed and hard working individual who enjoys operating in a pressurised and highly motivated team environment.

A well-established practice based in Merseyside. They are a specialised Personal Injury firm, who deal predominantly with motorcycle PI claims, although their litigation services also cover Matrimonial work including care work and child care work, civil matters.
