Farm Underwriter - Harrogate

You will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of commercial farm packages, broking new business and obtaining and negotiating quotations for the renewal of existing accounts. You will also handle all adjustments including extensions of cover and ensure that all relevant documentation is kept up to date.

It is essential when applying for this position that you have adequate farm/commercial insurance underwriting/broking experience together with a good understanding of FSA rules. You must have excellent negotiation, communication and team working skills. Progressing towards relevant insurance qualifications would be an advantage.
