A new vacancy has arisen for a 3-5 year PQE Commercial/Agricultural Property Solicitor to join a well established and respected North West law firm. The practice covers the sale and acquisition of equine, agricultural and rural property, commercial property, property work associated with tax; option agreements for rural land and public rights of way and dealing with high value properties in London and the country. They also provide advice to farmers, businesses involved in food and agriculture, landlords and tenants of agricultural land, owners of landed estates and those involved with country pursuits. They advise on the sale and purchase of farms, estates and rural businesses, farm tenancies, equine, tax planning and inheritance issues. They are seeking an agricultural property lawyer to work on a wide range of work.

Applicants applying for this vacancy will ideally be 3-5 years PQE and have expertise in sales and acquisition of agricultural and rural property and farm tenancies and auctions. Related tax expertise advantageous. Candidates with a greater level of PQE than indicated will also be considered for this position.
