Law Costs Draftsman - Tyne and Wear

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Law Costs Draftsman to join the team of this leading national practice. Dealing with a wide range of costs matters, the ideal candidate will have gained experience of handling high value and complex costs matters including preparing bills, schedules of costs and drafting points of dispute and replies. You will also be required to undertake negotiations and some advocacy at court as applicable.

As the job will involve running your own small caseload as well as some elements of supervision, you will be a committed and hard working individual who enjoys operating in a pressurised but highly motivated team environment.

A successful legal practice, covering a wide range of legal areas including personal injury, medical negligence, company commercial and private client work. The company operates an in-house training programme and actively encourages relevant professional studies.
