Wills and Probate Solicitor / FILEX - Birmingham

A new vacancy has arisen within an established midlands legal practice for a 5 year PQE Solicitor or FILEX to join the office in Birmingham. The company has a full service offering and on joining you will be involved in advising on the full spectrum of private client matters.

Applicants will ideally be 5 years PQE however candidates with a greater level of PQE than indicated will also be considered for this position. Preference will be given to applicants with the STEP qualification, and membership of SFE is desirable. Experience is required in all aspects of Probate, intestacy, Wills, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney and Trusts. The successful applicant will be expected to provide support to lesser qualified staff and will actively seek to market the team and contribute to its development.
