Social Housing Associate Solicitor - Nottingham

A new vacancy has arisen for an experienced associate level solicitor to join the expanding team at this large Midlands practice within the Nottingham office. The development and housing team acts for a range of clients - developers, housing associates, local authorities and landowners providing straightforward, practical advice on their property needs from initial site acquisition and assembly through development and funding, to the ultimate disposal of the development. You will provide commercial property support to the property department and supervise junior lawyers

Applicants applying for this vacancy will ideally be 4 years+ PQE, however, candidates with a greater PQE will be also be considered. Experience of acting for developers and/or housing associations is essential.
