Clinical Negligence Solicitor / ILEX - Derbyshire

A new vacancy has arisen within this leading legal 500 practice for a Fee Earner (solicitor/ilex) to join its highly experienced personal injury department. You will handle a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and personal injury files and the duties on offer will include providing offering specialist advice to clients on matters including wrongful birth, aesthetic, surgical and obstetric negligence, serious injury and brain trauma work along with spinal injuries issues.

Candidates will need at least 4 years PQE for consideration and will be used to working within a team environment. Candidates with a greater or less PQE will also be considered and candidates will be expected to have experience of handling their own caseload and dealing with all aspects of claimant clinical negligence.
